Where do you deliver?

Delivery is available within a 5km radius of Constitution Hill, including Seven Hills, Northmead, Parramatta and nearby suburbs only.

Delivery is a flat rate of $10 per order.

How do I place an order?

Select your bouquet style or choose your stem count, and follow the online checkout process.

If you need delivery, don’t forget to add Delivery ($10) to your cart.

Do you offer same day delivery?

No. All orders are prepared by pre-order only. Please place your order at least 3 days in advance.

What time will my flowers be delivered?

Delivery is scheduled between 9am and 2pm on your selected date.
Specific time slots cannot be guaranteed.

Where can I pick up my flowers?

Pickup is available from Constitution Hill by appointment only.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

Orders can be edited or cancelled up to 48 hours before the selected delivery or pickup date.

Please contact us as soon as possible if changes are needed.

Is the freshness of the flowers guaranteed?

Yes. All arrangements are made to order using fresh, seasonal blooms and prepared specifically for your selected date.
As we work on a pre order basis, flowers are never held in advance, ensuring the best possible quality and freshness.

Do you have a physical store?

At this time, flowers are available for pre-order and pickup by appointment only.

Can I request custom colours or styles?

Yes! Visit the Custom Order page and submit your request including colours, mood and budget.
We’ll be in touch within 48 hours.

What if I am not satisfied with my order?

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of collection or delivery, including clear photos where possible.
We take great care in our work and will review each concern thoughtfully to find a fair and appropriate solution.

Please note that natural variations in flowers, colour tones, and shape are part of working with seasonal blooms and are not considered faults.
